错误：django.db.utils.OperationalError: no such column: django_celery_results_taskresult.hidden

原因：本地库版本太低了，升级 django-celery-results 就好了

(joyoo2) yinzhuoqundeMacBook-Pro:joyoo zhuoqun$ pip list | grep django
django-admin-rangefilter 0.6.3
django-appconf           1.0.2
django-celery-beat       1.5.0
django-celery-results    1.1.2

升级库：

pip install django-celery-results==1.2.1
